1. About us
Hi-Tek Smart Repairs ("we", "us", "our") trades from Holland Pines, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 8UZ. These terms govern all quotes, bookings and repair services we provide.
2. Quotes
Quotes are based on the information and photographs you provide. They are valid for 30 days. If the damage on inspection materially differs from the photographs supplied, we will agree any revised price with you before commencing work.
3. Bookings & cancellations
Bookings are confirmed by email or SMS. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge with 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a callout charge.
4. Site requirements
Work is carried out at the address you provide. You confirm you have permission to have work carried out at that location. We require off-road access, a level surface and a reasonable working space around the vehicle. We cannot work in heavy rain or sub-zero temperatures.
5. Workmanship guarantee
All repairs carry a 12-month workmanship guarantee covering colour match, lacquer adhesion and finish quality, subject to fair use. The guarantee does not cover subsequent damage, neglect, abrasive washing or chemical contamination.
6. Payment
Payment is due on completion by bank transfer or card. Fleet and trade accounts are available by prior arrangement.
7. Liability
We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, or consequential losses.
8. Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
